Placing an order creates a purchase contract for HSN 1209 sowing-grade seed packets across vegetable, flower, forage, herb, spice, and fruit-planting lines.
B. Catalog accuracy
- Each SKU lists variety identity, intended sowing use, and published packet price in Indian Rupees.
- Macro photographs show representative seed lots; natural colour and size variance within a grade is normal.
- When a lot is exhausted mid-season we may pause the SKU until the next intake window.
C. Checkout & settlement
- Email verification is mandatory before an order can be confirmed.
- Accepted rails: UPI prepaid and Cash on Delivery where the PIN is serviceable. COD fees appear on the summary before you confirm.
- Prices include applicable tax treatment disclosed on the product and checkout screens.
D. Use restriction
Goods are sold for lawful sowing and agricultural planting. Buyers are responsible for complying with local cultivation rules and for providing an accurate delivery address.
E. Liability boundary
We are not responsible for courier strikes, extreme weather holds, or failures caused by unreachable recipients. Germination outcomes depend on soil, climate, and grower practice after delivery.

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Exclusive venue for disputes arising from purchases on this site is the competent courts at Kolkata, West Bengal.
