A. Service map
We despatch HSN 1209 sowing-grade seed packets across vegetable, flower, forage, herb, spice, and fruit-planting lines to courier-serviceable PIN codes across India. Unreachable PINs are blocked or flagged before payment.
B. Packing standard
- Foil moisture barrier sachets sized for retail sowing lots.
- Cartons labelled with variety cues and handling notes for last-mile teams.
- Heat-belt lanes may receive extra cushioning during peak summer weeks.
C. Cut-off & lead time
Orders confirmed before 13:00 IST on working days usually leave the floor within one to two working days. Festival peaks can add a single extra processing day.
D. Fees
Standard prepaid shipping is free unless a remote surcharge applies. COD includes the handling fee shown on checkout before confirmation.
E. Delivery attempts
Partners typically attempt delivery twice. Persistent buyer unavailability may require paid re-dispatch for moisture-sensitive goods.
